Turnaround Time (TAT) Information

This is MY BUSINESS TAT TIME, so please take note!

📦 Turnaround Times:
 • Basic Items (Sublimation, DTF): 7–14 business days
 • Embroidery Items: 14–18 business days

⚠️ Important Notes:
 • Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays.
 • TAT begins the next business day after payment is received.
 • TAT refers to the time before your item ships—it does not include shipping time.
 • If your order includes both DTF/Sublimation and Embroidery items, the TAT will follow the embroidery timeframe.

✨ I always strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible, but I’ve extended my TAT a bit to allow myself some breathing room. Life is busy as a mom of three, a firewife, and a homeschooler with kids in sports.
